To have an aisle seat beside this fantastic young lady, Anne, living in LA, on her way home after a wedding in Columbia, SC. Anne, 2015 Clemson graduate after growing up in Atlanta. Also visited with Vernon and his wife and daughter, Caroline, on the way to Biola University to begin her freshman year.

After arriving at LAX, I presented my LAX to Japan ticket to the Japan Airlines Ticket Counter and confirmed that it was a no-change ticket. My flight is tomorrow, and I will be in LA overnight. Anne messages me with information about the WIN-DOW burger near Venice Beach and Venice Canals. I am charging my phone and computer and people watching in LAX passenger area..

I met a lady from Bergamo, Italy, on my way to catch a bus to Venice, Beach, and Canals. It’s a long story. I visited the lady, her papa, and her mother. She was so happy to be in LA, speaking some English and listening to my experience of Bergamo and Ardesio.

Mexican restaurant just down the street. Young lady at there is from Lima, Peru. We chat.

Prayer: Father, I know you gave me everything I needed, even when I slept on a beach in Portugal. I really would like a nice place to sleep tonight and affordable. Well, there it was, the Sea Blue Hotel. Lovely lady Jova, able Espanol. Wonderful, comfortable, affordable room just above the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Pier.

After a walk on the beach and a video, I return to room 25, Sea Blue Hotel. Along the way, I meet Jova lounging beside the courtyard, enjoying the view of the ocean.
